Why? do so many people always think about a facelift or plastic surgery? well, for starters there are
so, so many reason that a human being would want a facelift or get some sort of plastic surgery done
on there bodies.

Here are a few reasons.

#1  They have some kind of deformity on there bodies or face.

#2  There bodies or there face have been disfigured by an accident.

#3  They have been scared in a certain place causing the body tissue not to heal properly or correctly
       to a satisfactorily constant or matching balanced.

#4  They are not happy with the way they look e.g. a feature that distinctive attributes to them looking
       somewhat unattractive or unpleasant in front of people.

#5  An operation or medical procedure gone horrible wrong, leaving them in the wake of despair, anguish
      and unhappiness.

#6  The type of work that they are involved in requires them to always look perfect.

#7  Their partners don't like something about them because it makes them feel awkward in social
      situations or events due to them feeling embarrass and stymie.

#8  They can not lose weight due to there body anatomy and composition therefore need surgery to
       remodel parts of their bodies to make them look attractive and appealing.

#9  A partner has been effected by alcohol and drugs and in the spur of the moment loses control and
      violently hits her in the face, which will then required plastic surgery to fix it.

#10 A woman after giving birth to a child is left with stretch marks on her tummy, plus has excessive
       weight problems PDQ.

#11 A person might have some form of birth mark on their backs or on some other place on there bodies
       that is effecting them or it might be on a part of the body, [face] that makes them feel uncomfortable,
       plus makes them look and feel unprepossessing.

#12 They might need a breast enlargement or breast reduction depending on there circumstances.

#13 They absolutely hate or despise and abhor the look and size of their leviathan posterior.

#14 Men usually want a penile enlargement to increase both length and width plus need a flaccid done
       also to correct this other problem.

The first one will be about a humans feet and toes, plus why they wanted and need plastic surgery.

In addition to the above in all honesty the best solutions to avoid most wrinkles is to keep fit and eat
health foods without putting on too much weight this will keep your skin nice and tight as you get older,
plus it will make you look and feel great swimming is the best exercise why? it covers every part of
your body in one go, by the way being a bystander, non-participant or observer won't do you a thing whatsoever, another way of putting it is start doing the hard yards yourself, and stop sitting on your
bottom start moving.

Another important factor that most people must keep in mind is stress is the biggest cause in humans
getting older plus it's a hefty contribution factor to obtaining those unattractive loathsome wrinkles.

We will PQD talk about the cheekbone or bones and why? someone might need or want to get that part
of there face reconstructed, modernize, refashion or improved.

Here are a few examples,

You might have been involved in an accident an operation that was performed on you went wrong, you
might of had a medical complication with your DNA e.g. your blood causing you to get a blood clot on

Do you recall the recital of the ugly duckling, that when it grew up became one of the most beautiful
swans ever what's the point right? well not everyone is born with great features, but that doesn't mean
as you get older that things wont change right? then you have this other scenario which is, you have
always been beautiful then a unforeseen event or accident happens to you and all of a sudden all the
things in your life take a setback and pileup unexpected due to that undesirable occurrence, right?

Here's something for you to thing about and maybe have a laugh about on a aglow gamut, I meet this women almost a decade ago but when we meet she was already this gorgeous swan as a matter of speaking, I never saw the unsightly side of her I was so, so lucky.

With that said as of December 2016 I have been somewhat amused by a few events that have occur,
the first one was at this Christmas party where these two guys got so drunk that they lost their front
teeth's due to unforeseen circumstances, it was quite funny how it happen, its so unfortunate for the both
of them PDQ because they required plastic surgery to mend and reconstruct there faces and ivories,
bye the way it was a night never to forget, I can't recall what happen after midnight, but it was intense,
wild and to a point rampant.

Then we have this farther occasion that happen a few days afterwards, it all started with me being a
passenger to this extraordinary woman you could said it was somewhat of a social engagement to
an event, anyway as we traveled to this place she decided to go to this location first to have a drink
and dinner she was in such a romantic mood that my body and mind starting feeling this incredibly sensation of pure bliss.

Nevertheless as we reached this destination I quietly whispered in her ear, do I look stylish and to
some extent fashionable her antiphon was, just look at my eyes and my body language what's it
saying to you my esteemed.

As we entered I notice that no one else was around but this mixologist it felt a bit odd but, never the
less comfortable and untroubled she then ordered a few drinks and dinner for the both of us, and then
started talking about how she was a writer journalist and in the process of explaining her thoughts to
me, she was using her foot and toes to massage my leg with the aim, purpose and intent to arouse
and seduce my body.

Anyway after a while I started feeling funny, somewhat like my drink had something in it other than the
typic, then out of nowhere or you could say out of cerulean with an almighty burst of passion and
eagerness she used her arm and hand to clear the dining table with one scoop, that's right, everything
went on the floor, then all of a sudden she grab me and pulled me onto the table and then jump on my chest/stomach and started doing her thing that's all I can remember because I blank out.

Furthermore what ever happen was so incredible because when I woke up I was completely drenched
but, here's the whimsical thing, after that night she required plastic surgery to mend and fix her hand
plus a small section of her leg.

PDQ there were a few things that became somewhat accidental between this two women or you
could say had so many things in common firstly there eyes were cobalt, they were both blondes, both
had great bodies but, then something of an eerie and somewhat freakish feeling came over me why?
well both women wouldn't stop talking about themselves being writers and journalist but, that wasn't
the problem it went deeper than that, all I can say is, if a person never feels the inner glow or the
tenderness warmth within, what are you meant to do, its pointless trying to pass on a message?

In addition both women had the same first name, the older one which is just a couple of years younger
than me loves wearing gold jewellery plus has a tattoo on her foot and wears a gold ring on one of her
toes plus loves her nails and toe nails being painted in burgundy, which represents class and urbanity
moreover she loves showing off her legs.

The much younger one loves swimming and running, plus loves showing off her feet and toes and firm
breast and wears a scarlet nail polish which makes her look chic, fancy and stylish.

So with that all out of the way maybe you can have a giggle or two over what I have just written about
in these last few paragraphs, PDQ its back to doing serious and thoughtful writing about facelift's and
the different types of plastic surgery performed.

We will continue with how to go about mending the cheekbone or bones the first procedure is about
when the cheekbone is protruding from a side of the face or is obtrude on both sides of the face, this is
done by making an insertion from just above the eyebrow near the hair line, we then advance down the
ear and to some extent down the jaw why? so it wont leave any visible scarring after the procedure.

Then we start to reshape the cheekbones by gently removing the excess bone this is done by using
specialized medical equipment, by doing this the protruding cheekbones will once again look normal

The next procedure is when your face due to your bone structure is somewhat inwards we can use injections of cheekbone fillers to fix this problem if its not extending to much inwards, if so we will

somewhat awful, atrocious and repugnant situation.

In this diagram you have so many different types of implants that one could use on their face, then
you have an example of where a cheekbone implant would go then this could be the final result after
all the healing has taken place.

PDQ we will move on to the next part which is the nose, there are a few sagacity analysis to talk about
and then I will give you the reason behind it, firstly we will talk about why? sometimes if a person has a
sinus problem or an acute nasal infection which would cause persistently inflammation giving you a cold like symptoms which would cause a swelling effect of the tissue lining giving you a stuffy or runny nose
plus considerable and extensive facial pain and that's just the beginning of it.

Guess what you will require a nose operation to fix this problem but, here is the good part, if you have
a snout or you could say proboscis that is somewhat alarming, hideous or unpleasant and you have this acute nasal and sinus contagion you might as well get a nose operation to reconstruct and correct the form and function plus the aesthetically look all in one go why? because it will make you feel like a brand new person plus it will restore your confidence, morale and élan in oneself.

With that said I have seen some people with the most pleasing, cute and natural looking nose, that due
to unforeseeable and unpredictable circumstances in their lives, have had to get or required a total nose
reconstruction plus needed resetting because there was so much damage, injury and bruising cause
that it actually and literally harmed plus impaired that person in so many other ways apart from the nose,
an example, it also caused that person to be somewhat vision impaired in one eye as well.

The next part of the face that people might consider getting some work on is the lips why? there are a
few reasons, firstly they would like a more fuller look because its seen as a sign of beauty and its health,
plus one must wonder why its such a sought after trait, I guess that most people are looking for that
perfect pair of lips, ultimately the genetic factors in a person determined the lustre and look of the labium.

Furthermore there have been many request or you could say intercession why someone might want a lip augmentation but, before I proceed I must avow I don't understand the reasoning behind some requisition
made for e.g. I want flawless lips because I want to feel, suck and lick a rainbow padapop or I want my
lips to wrap around a caramel peters ice drumstick and absorb the sensation and tingling vibes, these
are some of the crazy reasons people would like impeccable lips.

In addition to the above other requests have been, so they can engross and absorb a glass of wine,
a beer, a bourbon and cola, a whisky and cola or bundy rum and cola but, as always you have your favourite? because it sends you into a different environment, let's not forget? also each drink? gives
you a different buzz, pleasure, enjoyment, bliss and thrill.

Its somewhat like the heat is full on and if you can last the distance an aloofness as they say, you are distinguished? in so many ways? but, we mustn't forget the cheap pack of pascall tasteful delights
lollies that go with the drink, so when your done with them, you can throw it away or the rest far afield
never to be seen again.

I always believe that splendid lips were for a long kissing section with a bit of foreplay around the neck
and ears, how naive can one become to the sophisticated art? of romance, excitement, love and sex,
anyhow let's move on, because I am feeling quite straightforward, technical and practical.

To achieve a natural, organic and somewhat refined gorgeously set of radiant lips, most surgeries require
a form of injecting a substance that usually works on a semi-permanent base that will necessitate a subsiding period of several months, why? because operations like collagen injections have gone so, so
horribly wrong in the past.

Also there is another procedure called lip augmentation which is a fat grafting procedure that transplants
fat from another section of your body by using extracted liposuction and then injected into your lips.

We will PDQ move onto the chin and why? you might need or require implants or a surgical procedure
again there are a few reasons behind one thoughts to rectify this problem, for starter you might have a
chin that has an indented section on it that makes your face look somewhat uneven, hard to shave,
looksquite unattractive, unappealing, disfigured and deformed to say the very least.

Again in this circumstances we can use malar or submalar implants to adjust this problem or a few collagen injections or even a augmentation were we will use the fat grafting procedure once more to remodel or jigger that problem area so you will feel like a completely new human being.

PDQ I will really quickly write about a few other plastic surgery procedures that get done on both women and men.

There are a number of women that absolutely and unreservedly want faultless, exquisite and errorless
nipples and breast this is achieve by using breast implants made from saline or a silicone base, furthermore when its to do with the nipples this is easy done by removing it and reshaping this section
plus you can also fix the areola area, the shape, colour and size plus the asymmetry between both sides.

Then we have men that require or want a bigger penis for so, so many reason again there are a few
things that can be done in this circumstance but, I wont go into there reason or why, all I can say is,
if its to please your female partner, one must understand that you can only go to a certain length and
width why? its simple we can only work and fix this problem within reason because you might have
a really small penis or it could have been damage to an extent because of some kind of unexplained?
act that's why we can only do so much to mend it or ameliorate it.

When it comes to the above statement here's a scintilla of guidance and advice, don't be so ruthless, brawny or thewy learn the art of love and make it last for almost an hour, remember to be gentle and compassionate with tender feelings within that temporal length of bliss and euphoria.

Furthermore, if there is still a problem with you and your new size when it comes to satisfying, fulfilling or gratifying her needs and wants, there is also a procedure that can be performed on her vagina to make
